A: If your current hosting provider can no longer fulfill the demands of your web site, or when you experience continual downtime, or if you are forced to wait for hours for the client care team to respond back to you, it may be smart to swap your web hosting provider, i.e. to migrate all the files for your websites together with your databases from your present provider to your new provider. At Required Marketing, we understand that this can often be hard & time–consuming. For this reason, we will perform all that for you at no cost!Our competent technical staff reps will transfer your website content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have got broad experience migrating web sites and can take care of everything – from a conventional WordPress–powered blog or Joomla^™–driven site, to a highly elaborate, custom–made web app.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time window, because there are a lot of variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our best to move your website within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the website content is not large).

A: We’ll require the login information for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can start the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose basically the same information you have provided to your old hosting provider. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive data is tackled.

A: No. Your website will continue to be fully operational during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll tell you so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s fine, all you will have to do is change your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: Nah. We’ll never contact your hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the website migration either.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
