Monitoring & Rebooting

Controlling a server is generally a difficult task. You either have to do the job yourself and devote your precious time to watching over your VPS server, or you need to deploy a 3rd–party tool whose sole task will be to watch over your server. And this is exactly where our Administration Services offer will comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your virtual server will be included in our own custom–made server managing system, which will monitor all the basic tasks. And in case of a service failure, our server admins will be warned immediately and they will solve the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server definitely isn’t the simplest task in this world. You will either need to use some other server or your home PC, or resort to some 3rd–party software. We offer a far simpler alternative with our Administration Services package. We’ll make a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server each week, so you never need to be worried about permanently losing any key info. Last but not least we can always retrieve a backup very fast. All backups we make are retained on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your virtual server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you have to install & configure specific software applications on it. And if this seems like something way too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Administration Services offer, is the ideal thing for you. With it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our experienced server administrators who will install any software app or take care of any issue that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. With the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers, it’s an additional feature.
