Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your mailboxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming email messages based on certain rules set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the mailbox you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
